Window: You have [30] calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Exclusions: Sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized gear are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return

Email us at evpinvestigates@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your merch arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please inspect your order immediately and contact us at evpinvestigates@gmail.com within [5] days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right immediately at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually [5–10] business days).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
