• Q: How much is admission?
A: Adult tickets ( ages 16 & up) - $10 Child tickets (ages 10 -15) - $5

Make sure to follow us on social media, we announce any discounts there.

• Q: Do you give military & senior discounts?

A: Yes, we do! Both are $8 w/ valid ID

• Q: Are children under 10 allowed?
A: We typically do not recommend the museum for children under 10 due to the nature
of our items, paranormal equipment running in the location, and we have a
"zero touch" policy for the safety of the guests and items in our location.

• Q: Can guests bring their own paranormal equipment?
A: You can bring equipment that is silent to ensure the enjoyment of all guests.

• Q: Can wheel chairs and strollers be brought into the museum?
A: Strollers are not permitted. Wheelchairs and walkers are permitted but please keep
in mind that this is an old location and there are tight spaces that bigger chairs may not fit through. •

• Q: Can I film or take photos in the museum?
A: Yes. You can take personal videos and photos. Tag us on socials and you may see

it in our stories or on our feed.

• Q: Can I live-stream in the museum?
A: No. Live-streaming is prohibited while visiting the museum.

• Q. Can I bring food or drinks in to the museum?
A: No. Food & Drink is not allowed inside the museum.

• Q: Are there jump scares?

A: No. This isn't a haunted house attraction. However, the building & artifacts are
haunted and paranormal activity does happen at this location.

Class & Events Related Q's

• Q : Are there age limits to your classes & events?
A: Yes. When booking your experience, you will see the ages posted for each listing.
• Q: Can I cancel or rebook my class/event?
A: Yes. You can cancel & rebook if we know 24 hrs a head of time. If a guest doesn't
show without reaching out to us first, a refund or reschedule will not be offered.
• Q: Can I bring my own paranormal equipment to class or to the events?
A. No. We have plenty of equipment and we want to ensure the enjoyment of all guests.

Private Investigation- Related Q's

• Q: Do you charge to investigate the musem?
A: Yes. We do rent out the museum for investigations. The fee is $200 for 3 hours and
we do not book more than 5 people for an investigation.
• Q: Can anyone investigate the museum?
A: No. We do require investigators or teams to have plenty of experience before investigating the museum. Please keep in mind that we only rent out the museum
on the days it's available. If you are new to investigating, we suggest signing up for our Paranormal Experience Night, Communication With The Unknown, or
Strange Frequencies events. Our paranormal events run every weekend and you can
book them on our website.
• Q: I'm a paranormal investigator with plenty of experience. How do I move forward
and book an investigation?
A: Email us at evpinvestigates@gmail.com In the email you will need to include:
Your contact information & the names of everyone that could attend with you.
Please keep in mind availability is scarce and an email request is not a guarantee
scheduled booking.
• Q: Can I record for my short or long form content?
A: Yes. However, we expect everyone to be respectful and not make up stories about
the location or the items in our museum. Please do not use AI to animate any of our
objects in the museum. Please do not provoke our spirits or try any sort of
"summoning" ( whether you have that skill or its for theatrical purposes)
Anyone doing so, will not be allowed back to investigate.
• Q: Can I bring all of my equipment?
A: Yes. Please bring your own equipment.
Use of candles, matches, lighters, incense, sage or palo santo are prohibited.

* Every investigation request will receive rental agreement in your email. Please read it thouroughly and send back any information that we've requested.
